If the temperature is low when touched by hand, it means that the oil drain pipe or the cooler is blocked or too dirty. The oil drain pipe should be removed to check whether there is any The sediment is blocked, if there is sediment, it should be removed, and then install the joint and seal the drain pipe. If the temperature is high when touching the cooler, a small amount of oil should be discharged from the torque converter housing for inspection. If there is metal powder in the oil, it means that the bearing is loose or damaged, causing the work wheel to wear. Disassemble it, replace the bearing, and check whether the fastening bolts of the pump wheel and the pump hub are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened. The above inspection items are normal, but when the oil temperature is still high, check whether the guide wheel is working properly. Fully open the engine throttle to make the torque converter in zero-speed working condition. After the oil temperature at the outlet of the torque converter rises to a certain value, change the torque converter to the working condition of the hydraulic coupler. Observe the degree of oil temperature drop. If the oil temperature drops slowly, it may be that the freewheel is stuck and the guide wheel is locked. The torque converter should be disassembled for inspection.
